Standard Delivery

At Lux Hair Chicago, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our valued customers. Please review the following shipping policy details regarding the shipment of custom wigs

Purchase orders will only be accepted if the delivery address matches the billing address.​

Standard delivery arrives within 7-10 business days

Please allow 10-12 business days from the shipped date for international orders.

 

We are NOT responsible for any lost packages                                       

                                               

Express Delivery

Express shipping orders are placed (for items that are in stock) Monday through Friday, except for holidays, before 3:00 PM EST or 12:00 AM PST and will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.  

 

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM EST, 12:00 AM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 4-5 business days from the shipped date.  

Express shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories

 

We are NOT responsible for any lost packages

 

                                                         

Custom Fees:

 

   We are NOT responsible for any customs fee's required to be paid once delivered.  Please check with your postal service on any Fee's you may have to pay before placing your order.  We will not refund any shipping charges if a package is sent back due to fee's not being paid. 

 

                                        Returns and Exchanges:

  Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If you believe your custom wig has a defect, please contact our customer support within 2 business day of receiving your order for further assistance.
